Pranay Jain
Pranay is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi since 2016. He is an active member of the prestigious Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association. He has more than 50 reported judgments to his credit and specialises in Commercial Litigation, GST and Taxation Laws and White Collar Crimes. Deeply trusted by his clients for his result oriented approach.
Karan Singh
Karan Singh is a member of the Chambers of Pranay Jain, specializing in taxation and commercial litigation, including GST, Income Tax, Customs, and civil matters. With prior experience in handling Motor Accident Claims (MACT), criminal litigation, consumer disputes, and NCLAT proceedings, he brings diversified courtroom and advisory exposure to the Chamber. Karan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Law Centre–II, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
Smridhi Dahiya
Smridhi Dahiya is an esteemed member of Chambers of Pranay Jain and is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2022. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Delhi and an LL.M. from SRM University. She has also undertaken valuable experience before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, gaining early exposure to complex constitutional and commercial litigation.
Her practice is primarily focused on civil litigation and GST/indirect taxation matters, with regular appearances before the District Courts and the Delhi High Court.
Sarthak Verma
Sarthak Verma is a dedicated legal professional and a valued member of the Chambers of Pranay Jain, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He has developed strong expertise in taxation, civil, and criminal matters, and regularly handles a wide range of cases including MACT claims, recovery suits, and anticipatory bail matters. Known for his sincere approach and commitment to justice, Sarthak has gained practical exposure through training under Senior Advocate Rebecca M. John, where he refined his understanding of complex litigation and courtroom strategy. He has also contributed his legal skills while serving with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), reflecting his commitment to public service and social responsibility.
Kunal Jha
Kunal Jha is an Advocate specializing in taxation and commercial litigation, with focused expertise in GST, Income Tax, Customs, and civil matters. He holds an LL.B. degree and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Known for a sharp analytical approach and strong command over complex regulatory frameworks, he provides strategic, solution-oriented representation to a diverse client base.
M.N Mishra
Mishra ji is a dedicated legal expert and holds a LL.B. Degree and enroled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He has an experience of over 25 years in the legal field and specialises in matters pertaining to civil litigation and Supreme Court filing procedures. His contribution to the Chambers is unmeasured in terms of his experience and knowledge.
